I would like to express my appreciation for the prompt and courteous service I received from one of your employees, Peter. I was in search of a new helmet and approached him with my request. He was attentive and offered good advice. He understood that I was looking for a good price on a quality helmet and was able to satisfy my needs. With his valuable assistance we were able to order a new helmet and I hope to receive it shortly. Peter is just another example of the good people you have working for you!! I am writing to let you know what a pleasure it has been doing business with your company, Moto Liberty.  I am in the Air Force, overseas and unfortunately have to do majority of my shopping for good products via Internet.  I have ordered things online before and have always been nervous in doing so for obvious reasons.  Your company and your staff have changed my perspective on on-line ordering.  I originally ordered a pair of Teknic Speedstar gloves and ordered them way to large for my hands.  I sent those back and went with a medium assuming I would fit those but still they were too big.  Those pair of mediums are currently in the mail back to you and I am anxiously waiting for a pair of RS-Taichi gloves in the correct size.  During all of this, Michael Sciotti has been a great help.  He managed to answer all my emails within a day, minus the weekends and was always helpful and very patient with me.  He also gave advice with choosing a glove that would help in the Arizona heat for when I return from overseas.  I have never been so pleased with "Internet help" the way I am with how Michael helped me.  I have personally thanked Michael via email for all the help he rendered me but I stressed I wanted let someone know the great job he has done.  The only thing I was upset with was that there is no place for me to write a review on your website and this is where Michael advised I can email you.  Even though there isn't a place on your site for reviews I will definitely pass on the word to all my Air Force Bros about Moto Liberty.  Thanks again and you can count on me ordering from you again.
